JUNIOR ACTIVATION MANAGER - CRAFT

Junior Activation Manager - Craft is responsible for managing Specialty beer portfolio, building its awareness, presence and premium execution in cooperation with internal (Brand, Innovation, Sales, Activity Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Revenue) and external business partners (Proud brewery, microbreweries, Off/On/e-commerce customers, Event & Festivals organizers). 
 
 

Responsibilities: 

Manages Specialty & Craft portfolio: 

  • Fulfill the KPIs of craft strategy of Plzeňský Prazdroj reporting to On-Trade development Manager 
  • Volba Sládků: co-prepares yearly plan in cooperation with On-Trade development, Innovation team, fully responsible for the execution and delivery

 
Microbreweries:

  • Supports cooperation/partnership with microbreweries in On-trade (bars, restaurants etc.) and Off-Trade (retail) and monitors its execution

Delivers Specialty & Craft KPIs (volume / ROS / awareness / price execution / trial)
Plays active role in CZ/SK On-trade development

Requirements: 

2 years of experience from Sales or Marketing 
University degree preferable 
Advanced knowledge of customer marketing / trade marketing, sales and related fields (in-market activation, customer relationships, retail promotions, trade execution) 
Excellent self-leadership skills – time management, priority setting 
Excellent capability to lead and coordinate a number of various projects in a complex environment   
Team player with ability to coordinate cross-functional team 
Innovative approach to problem solving 
Very good level of English (written and oral)   
Driving license 

Nice to have:

Experience with craft beer business
Experience with strategic management or category management
