REVENUE MANAGER - ON TRADE

Role Overview

We are searching for a candidate for the role of Revenue Manager On-trade.
In this position, you will be responsible for developing and defining pricing and investment strategy for the On-trade channel. Maximize business performance by business partnering and by driving insightful and actionable solutions.
You will be responsible for key projects and strategic initiatives to achieve profitable growth and efficiency in the On-trade channel, from setting up brand-pack pricing strategies to customer investment models.
In this role, you will have an excellent opportunity to be regularly in close touch with executive members of our company. Also, you will be a member of the On-trade leadership team (OTLT), where members of On-trade relevant departments are searching for actionable solutions for current challenges.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of pricing strategies and presenting them to executive members of the company at pricing workshops,
• Improving investment strategy through customer investment models and profitability model / maintaining and improving digital pricing/invest.tool
• Monitoring market data and highlighting possibilities and threads to current On-trade strategies,
• Reviewing opportunities to deliver incremental revenue through brand/pack/channel/region selling strategies,
• Be part of developing On-trade promo principles – promo activities are in line with regional strategies and regional pricing principles,
• Setting up wholesalers’ trade terms structure and promotional principles,
• Monthly and quarterly management routine and accountability established to review revenue deliverables.

Requirements

• University degree in economics
• 4 years of experience in FMCG (beverages ideal) in trade promotions/pricing  - finance or sales department 
• Intellect, judgment and ability to think conceptually, strategically and pragmatically; able to  use creativity to translate strategy into practical, effective trade, channel & customer activities
• Understanding of Czech retail and beer-beverage market environment 
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong communication and persuasive skills / English at a good level
• Determination to succeed in a complex, competitive and rapidly changing environment
• A strong influencer able to balance styles as appropriate to the situation
• An assertive team player who plays to win, with a demonstrated ability to lead change and effective decision making skills
• Ability to lead and persuade others, positively influencing the outcome of team efforts
• Attention to detail
• Mastery of PowerPoint  and Excel
