FINANCE BUSINESS PARTNER - OFF TRADE

Role overview:

Finance Business Partner is an important role within the Finance Business Partnering team, reports to Senior Finance Business Partner for Sales. He/she proactively supports and constructively challenges the Off-Trade Sales channel to deliver financial performance of the function in line with total business objectives while managing financial input of the channel into planning and budgeting process. 
Being the key business partner to the Off-Trade channel director and National KA managers, Finance Business Partner generates insightful analysis to add value to the decision making process.
  

Responsibilities:

Responsible for financial analysis and insights to enable the OFF Trade Sales function to deliver their objectives and performance. 
Assesses financial aspects of all channel initiatives and projects using established financial evaluation tools and provide recommendations.
Manages actual OFF Trade financial performance with functional head/managers to understand drivers of performance and ensure any risks and opportunities.
Leads and manages the financial planning and forecasting process throughout the year for the OFF trade Sales function to ensure alignment with the total business planning processes in a timely manner. Ensures that the budget owners understand and adopt the right methodology, tools and templates.
Manages CAPEX and Commercial Excellence Investments for the OFF trade channel. Ensures that Capex and Investments are well managed, delivers on the strategic objectives, and delivers on the business case.
Provides financial governance and guidance to ensure correct accounting processes & procedures are followed. 
Supports Commercial Excellence teams for the channel and ensure prioritization of their activities to maximize profitability
Educates the function on finance to improve their financial awareness and knowledge

Requirements - must have:

University degree
Proficiency in local language and English
5+ years of professional business experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong business orientation and commercial acumen
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office software (Excel and Power Point)
Driving license B

Requirements - nice to have:

Experience in international FMCG industry
Previous experience in Off-Trade finance
