Its marketing spans strategic planning, creative development; massive ATL/BTL campaigns – raising water sustainability as a theme and bringing it to life and everything the brand does – sponsorship and activation of professional ice hockey as well as the largest music festivals; game changing product innovations for the future and last but not least developing own concept pubs or expanding geographically.

To be able succeed, you must demonstrate that:
• You can lead and develop small but diverse team across two markets
• You can develop, justify and implement long-term vision, strategy and plan as well as deliver short-term goals
• You have an expertise and solid experience with of all aspects of marketing and brand building / end to end / incl. Insights, Marketing communication incl creative development and media planning, Brand strategy development & implementation, Portfolio management & Innovation, Trade Activation, etc. – both short and long-term and can prioritise accordingly
• You are grown up self-driven person with strong ownership and responsibility, ready to own the agenda with high level of independence
• You possess commercial and financial acumen, understand business dynamics very well and can quickly adapt to different market conditions
• You are strong in inspiring and motivating agencies to give their maximum while maintaining a good relationship
• You inspire great collaboration beyond your core team and cross-functionally
• You are eager to learn and improve everyday

Responsibilities:

Have ticked all the boxes and want to apply? Than have in mind that your main tasks will be:
• Foster and develop team talent in both markets
• Contribute to the creation of high-performance culture in marketing in both markets
• Deliver the Radegast annual integrated commercial plan in both markets
• Set or fine-tune media and sponsorship strategy
• Together with innovation team deliver mid/long-term innovation plan
• Lead activity development and oversee execution in all consumer and trade touchpoints above market and category standards
• Actively participate in cross-functional projects beyond brand marketing

Requirements:

• University degree
• Proven track record in marketing /advertising proven on multiple brands or categories
• Proficient to expert level in operational marketing in its full scope and complexity (brand development, high reach media, online, PR, sponsorship, trade activation, innovation)
• Creative, ambitious, confident and talkative person who´s able to handle different stakeholders in terms of negotiation and persuasion
• Finance and business acumen
• Fluent English and Czech
• Active driver
