New Business Opportunities Manager CZ&SK

Position characteristics:

Plzeňský Prazdroj, a.s. is looking for an experienced and talented candidate for a Commercial Transformation Manager position responsible for the development and delivery of key strategic initiatives across the organisation with focus on sales channels out of our current scope, above channel, and new business models. Brings innovative non-channel-related insights and thinking to commercial team.
The person in this role is also owner of the digital enablement agenda for the commercial teams. Cooperates closely with ABEG (European/regional) transformation teams. Interprets & implements ABEG digital enablement strategy across all assigned countries.

Responsibilities:

· Brings key insights and leads key strategic commercial cross-functional projects outside/above current sales channels for all assigned countries.
· Defines and explores new business models relevant for new sales channels and new product offer.
· Leads, manages and coaches a team of experts focused on development of specific new areas of business.
· Leads cross-functional teams made up of a wide spectre of professions and various managerial levels in the area of projects so that project goals are met.
· Leads strategic initiatives focused on commercial success of new product propositions and new business opportunities outside current scope, including follow-up tests on the market, with the aim to achieve long-term financial goals.
· Manages and influences processes and relationships within cross-functional teams and with stakeholders so that the agreed portfolio of projects is delivered.
· Owns commercial digital strategy:
o Responsible for delivery of the strategy for digital enablement in PPas;
o Updates multi-year digital road-map, interprets identified needs into concrete projects;
o Leads cross-functional team responsible for digital strategy execution;
o Supports building relevant capabilities across the company;
o Key contact and support for regional transformation team;
· Is responsible for delivering results and anticipates risks and potential obstacles.

Requirements:

• University education;
• 5 years of experience out of which min. 3 years of practice with cross-functional project management;
• Experience with start-ups or building business outside of FMCG is beneficial
• Provable practice in team leadership;
• Advanced ability to lead and coordinate various projects in a complex environment;
• Provable organisational skills on an advanced level, ability to work within existing processes and build upon them, but also challenge the status quo and explore outside current scope;
• Excellent communication skills including written communication.
• Very good analytical skills;
• Very good leadership skills and influencing skills;
• Provable former successful project execution - timely and in the agreed scope;
• Fluent knowledge of spoken and written English.
