Regional Sales Manager OFF Trade Moravia

Key purpose of the role:

Manage the off-trade channel in the region with the aim to provide a market-driven service that builds sustainable competitiveness and delivers sustainable growth in brand equity, sales volume, market share, competitive advantage and corporate reputation.

Objectives (Short term and long term):

Manages sales effectiveness:
• Resource plans (people, budgets, assets)
• Regional budget and profit forecast (allocate, manage and monitor budget spending )
• Key stakeholders engagement (internal and external)
• Customer relationship management
• Cooperation with KA department, Customer Excellence and Brand marketing teams

Lead development of regional and district strategies within all retail chains
• Cooperate with NKAMs to develop and implement individual chain strategies on regional base
• Drive sales volume by chain, by brand and districts
• Distribution strategy / targets per brands
• Measurement and KPI’s
• Competitor response strategy

Leads implementation of company strategy:
• Monitoring the market and generating insights
• Conducts effective measurement of sales and performance process at regional level
• Motivation of the team and support high performance culture

Participates in:
• Key strategic projects; leads some of them personally
• Integrated activity plan

Requirements:

• University degree in Business / Economics
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing sales teams (ideally Retail experience)
• Results orientation
• Proven team leadership skills and experience in managing both direct and indirect colleagues
• Customer oriented approach
• Strong analytical thinking
• Excellent negotiating skills
• Budget management skills
• Proficiency in English language
